Objective: Engagement
The focus of these pieces was Book Banning. To Kill a Mockingbird has been on the top ten most challenged books for the past two years, along with other years. It was also removed and banned twice from schools. Some of the reasons why this book is challenged so often is because of the language it uses in very few instances. Another reason that is common is that it supposedly promotes racism.

Cause I’m a liar and everything this, I promise, is in fact my last post and forced into this will be gone around this time tomorrow. Yay.
But I just wanted to say it sometimes surprised me what gets forgotten. I left with my dad and sister a day after my birthday to go to Minnesota. We, my parents and I, decided that we would hold off on having my family celebration till after I was back. That was two weeks ago, from the day we left. And they asked yesterday when I wanted to celebrate it. Mind you the weekend after I got back I went and saw jack white, went to the Ravanca prelease and snuggled with a really upset cutie… and I’ve spent this entire time catching up and thinking about shit. Just funny what doesn’t seem so important anymore. But as a kid it’s the biggest deal

A goodbye of sorts
So lack of use and interest has made led me to decide that this tumblr blog…. I can’t even feel like it’s a blog…. site.. whatever it is, will be discontinued. I don’t feel like keeping up with it. When I’m on I feel like I have to go through a massive reblogging and make sure I didn’t miss some hilarious joke and it’s just gotten to a point were I’ve given up and no longer care. In a day or so I’m going to UNfollow a bunch of people and delete this blog-thing. I’ll have a new blog strictly for the art I am making and for some words every now and then. I might also promote some stuff my friends do. Idk. But I’m done here. I might make a fandom/this is what interests me page later but that might just be for summer shit. Or till after I’m done watching all the shows I want to. And that means after this season of everything.
